Magnolia Kobus, which has fresh fragrant white flower blooms, is the plant family of Magnoliaceae. It is native to Japan and South Korea and cultivated in temperate areas. It blooms in the early spring with hints of pale pink about 10 cm in diameter, and in autumn, the leaves take on a yellow color and drop from the tree. Traditionally, the flower and bud were used to treat a range of conditions including gastrointestinal disorders, headache, anxiety and allergic disease. Also, the flowers are used to make into a tea, and it is still drunk. Scientific data have shown that the compound isolated from Magnolia kobus has anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating effects.
