A microfluidizer uniformly reduces the particles in size with high shear rates. Inside the chamber of the microfluidizer, a coarse emulsion passes through the microchannel at very high pressure. And the particles collide and decrease in size, becoming homogenized. This homogenized emulsion has better spreadability, permeability through the skin barrier, and applicability to the skin.
